Yes. BERZRK supports delegated access so you can give team members specific permissions without sharing your login details.

We use industry-standard encryption and strict access controls. Your API keys and credentials are never exposed to other users.

Go to Exchange Accounts > Create new account, select the exchange type (platform), and enter follow the instructions to obtain your API keys information. Then input the created Api key details.

Check if your exchange account API is connected and active. Sometimes it can take up to a few minutes for data to sync.

We utilize the WebSocket technology for seamless, bidirectional communication between your Berzrk account and the connected exchange accounts. While we have security measures in place to handle potential WebSocket failures, we strongly advise you to follow the recommended steps to ensure the optimal functioning of your WebSocket connection.

No. BERZRK is non-custodial. We never hold or transfer your funds. All trades are executed through your connected accounts.
